Application for Associate Membership

As a Christian Organisation Centrepoint Outreach recognises that many of our friends and supporters may not feel able to fully endorse our Statement of Faith and therefore offer an associate membership.

Associate members will be entitled to attend the Annual Meeting as an observer and will receive regular newsletters.

Notes on membership:

• Associate Membership lasts until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of Centrepoint Outreach following this application.
• Associate Membership is subject to payment of the annual membership fee of £10.00. Details of how payment can be made will be emailed to you when you submit this form.
